Golden Beach

Golden Beach, founded in 1929, is one of Miami-Dade County's oldest communities. It's a mystery how it's remained under the radar of most luxury real estate buyers and investors from across the country for decades, if not a century. Golden Beach has a population of less than a thousand people.
